This weekend

In addition to Bryce's birthday party we also had a baseball scrimmage game and two special visitors to stay at our house.  

The game started at 9:00 and they played until 11!  It was fun watching them.  They won 27-4!  Bryce struggled with batting which was getting him down, but his last at bat he hit a triple and that made his day!  The sand gnats were CRAZY yesterday.  CRAZY.  On my list of things to buy this week is boxes of incense.  One mom had some at the game Saturday and they work!  You just hold the stick the whole time and the gnats don't like the smoke so they stay away from you.  Funny the things people do to keep the gnats away.  We passed around multiple bottles of bug spray, had the incense burning and one mom even has a gnat suit that covers her whole face!  You just can't understand how terrible they are until you experience it.

CeCe is so proud of her shirt with Bryce's number on it!  He's equally proud of his shirt with his name on the back!  

 My Aunt Sandra and her friend Joan came to Savannah for the weekend.  They got here Thursday afternoon and came to watch CeCe at gymnastics and then watch Bryce's baseball practice.  We didn't see them Friday, they toured downtown Savannah (they were staying downtown).  But Saturday they came to the house and we all went out to dinner--Thanks for dinner Aunt Sandra!! and they spent the night at our house.  It was great visiting with them!   They left as we were leaving for church Sunday.  We love you Aunt Sandra, thank you for coming to visit with us!
