It's been 2.5 long years since we've seen our wonderful friends from Pensacola, the Aldridge family. Brett's sister lives near Savannah and they made the long drive to spend the week with her this past week. On Wednesday they spent the whole day with us and we loved every minute of it! CeCe and Kate were inseparable when we lived in Pensacola (Kelly and I were too!!) and I wondered how things would be 2.5 years later. I shouldn't have worried a bit, those two jumped right back into it and had lots of fun together. I loved getting to see all 3 of their kids. Luke was a baby when we moved and he's now an almost 3 year old and Ben is the baby! We played here for a while, ate lunch and then went to our neighborhood pool for the afternoon.
That night we met Anthony at B & D Burgers downtown.

Bryce doesn't do much with younger kids but he made an exception for Luke! Luke is the most polite 2 year old I've ever met!
Thursday CeCe, Vander and I met them back downtown for a walk on river street and a ferry ride. It was SO HOT but great to see them again.
