We had a GREAT Mother's Day this year! My parents went to church with us (baseball was rained out so it was nice to be at church!)
It was hot enough that afternoon for the kids to swim for a little while
Then we all ate together at The Second Line, one of my new favorite restaurants in Mid-town. It was a fun day!
Monday my friend Ruby got tickets for the Grizzlies playoff game through her work and graciously passed them on to us! The game didn't start until 8:30 so we decided that CeCe should stay home. My mom was so sweet to come stay with CeCe so that I could go to the game (she is a HUGE Grizz fan so I know this was a sacrifice for her!) Unfortunately the game was pretty rough. We were down by 25 points in the 3rd quarter! We left around 10:30 and drove back to Germantown. Bryce handled the late night great, I think the grownups were more worn down than he was!
