1. We were praying last night as we always do. Anthony says the prayer and occasionally Bryce will repeat some of the things he says. Out of the blue last night while Anthony was pausing for some reason, Bryce says "Thank you God for Dr. Woolley". We mention Dr. Woolley in our prayers here and there but it has been a while since we have said his name in a prayer. Of course Anthony and I both teared up at this!
2. We started saying the blessing before we eat. Yesterday. (I know we should have been doing this all along--and have a couple of times, but decided that we need to start doing it before every meal). We sat down to lunch today and Bryce folded his hands together and said Dada pray. Before we even thought about it he was reminding us!
3. Right after lunch I was putting clothes away and I heard Anthony yell at me to come in the kitchen. He said Bryce do that again. Bryce counted to TEN! 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-10 (yes he skipped 8 both times). He has been counting to 3 for about a month. Lately I've been working on 4,5 and 6 but I never go past that and he has never said them on his own. How did he learn 1-10??

Counting to ten, that is amazing! What a smart two year old! Way to go Bryce! His lip is looking great. I can't believe how big he is getting, gosh they grow up so fast!

That just made me laugh because David always skipped 8 too and hen we he started counting to 20 he would always skip 13.
I love the prayer stories - that is so sweet. David sings the blessing - the God Our Father - Thank You For Our Blessings... He learned it at school and is starting to do it at home. He would probably do it more often if we remembered LOL.
