Day 2 started out bright and early! We got to the Magic Kingdom at 8:30 to wait for it to open at 9:00.
They were so excited! About CeCe's outfit.....I told her I would make her a skirt for our trip and she decided on Mickey and his pals over princesses. Well, that is impossible to find! Even online! I was so mad. I found this 'vintage sheet' on Ebay that had everyone she wanted on it, so I ordered that sheet and created a skirt. It's not the most stylish and it screams 80s but she LOVED it and that's what matters most!!
Our first ride....DUMBO!
It was the perfect first ride and set the tone for a perfect day!
Next we hit the Goofy Roller coaster. It was Bryce's favorite from our trip 3 years ago and we were all wondering if CeCe would love it too.
She does!! She and I rode it 7 times total over the 2 days we were there!
It's A Small World is another family favorite. We also all really liked the Peter Pan ride this time. For some reason it scared Bryce last time (it's dark in there) but luckily they both enjoyed it this time.
CeCe loves a good carousel!
Aladdin's magic carpets
Bryce was super excited to go to the Hall of Presidents! He LOVED the show and didn't want it to end. We told the kids they could each pick out one 'happy' on the trip and Bryce chose his at the gift shop here! Two books about presidents. My little historian!
We had fun on Splash Mountain! Bryce loved it and rode it once with me and once with Anthony this day. We know CeCe will love it next time when she's a few inches taller!
Both kids loved driving at the Tomorrowland Speedway!
Cotton Candy break!
Castle picture on our way out!
We left the park around 5:00 and rode the monorail around for a short time. We got back to our resort around 6:00, ate sandwiches from our room out in a nice courtyard near our room and were all in bed by 8:15!
