Feeling much better

Bryce is feeling much better, has been since Friday. I cancelled our Dr. appointment because I could tell he was feeling better. I was so glad he was feeling better because about a month ago I had set Friday as our bye-bye diapers day. It worked!!!!! No more diapers for Bryce!! He is so big :) And looks so cute in his big boy underwear!

Sick

Bryce has been sick for about a week and a half. The first week it was just a cold, mainly stuffy nose and runny eyes. That mostly went away but from Sun-Wed he had fever and he still isn't feeling 100%. He is playing and having fun most of the time, but still a little more subdued than normal. He missed school last week for our trip to West Point and Memphis and he missed both days this week being sick. Today was the preshool's Thanksgiving program and lunch. His class sang a cute turkey song, but Bryce had to miss it! I was so sad!! I'm sure there will be many more programs to see in our future!

Here are some pictures from our trip last week

Reagan had a pinched nerve in her back, poor thing! Bryce was so sweet to her.

Firestation

We went to a Firestation in Pensacola yesterday with our playgroup. Bryce loved it!

Halloween and MSU football

The pictures are a little out of order, but on the 25th we took Bryce to his first MSU football game. He had a lot of fun! He rang his cowbell the whole time :) That weekend we stayed in West Point with Anthony's parents then spent the week in Olive Branch with my parents and had a great time both places! Thursday we left for the lakehouse which meant Bryce got to trick-or-treat with his cousins, Borden and Jack. He loved it! We are headed back to West Point and Memphis again this weekend through all next week. Anthony is going with us for a week long VACATION!!! I'm so excited!

Fun week

We had a wonderful weekend. It is always nice to travel and be on the go, but it is also great to get to stay at home for the weekend. The weather was perfect. We worked in the yard, went to the farm (previous post), and carved our first pumpkin! Aren't they so cute?

We also 'built' a space shuttle in our playroom. Bryce's latest obsession is space, space shuttles, astronaunts and planets. He loves his new shuttle!
Bryce had wild wild hair this morning when he woke up!
We had our playgroup's halloween party today. Bryce is a motorcycle dude for halloween this year. Doesn't he look tough? Someone made the comment that the sweetest, most innocent kid in the playgroup was the roughest and toughest for halloween!

We are headed to West Point and Starkville for the weekend, then Memphis (Olive Branch) for the week. We can't wait!!!

Our trip to the farm

Our playgroup went to a place in Daphne, AL called Brantley Farms today. It is a small petting zoo type farm. I was hoping for pumpkins, but they didn't have any! I did discover that Satsumas are wonderful (that is their main crop).

Here is Bryce playing on an old toy tractor. Anthony said he used to have one of these!

Feeding a calf
Feeding a goat. You see Bryce's little hands? I was shocked he did this! On the hayride

Bryce and Uncle Sauce looking at pictures of space and rockets My parents are in Gulf Shores for two weeks and we are having a great time going back and forth visiting with them and playing at the condo. The weather was perfect the first weekend and should be nice again by the time we go back over there after school on Thursday. Bryce stayed with them while Anthony and I went to Laurel, MS for Whitney's wedding. It was a nice little vacation for us and it was great to see Whitney and some other Tri Deltas there! They took Bryce to a bluegrass festival on Saturday and he had a blast. Bryce is still enjoying school and things are going great here in Pensacola!
