Kiki and Papaw Duke

Kiki and Papaw Duke visited with us this weekend. We had a great time! The weather was yucky on Sat. so Kiki, CeCe and I went to Foley and shopped shopped shopped! The boys stayed home and worked on some things around the house. Sunday we went to the beach for a little while, the wind was so bad we didn't stay long. We ate at Lulu's in Gulf Shores for lunch. YUMMY!!!

Our good friend Bob has supplied both of our babies with Notre Dame attire. We were watching the ND v. Michigan game today so I thought CeCe needed to show her support for the Irish. She looks like she was enjoying the game! She is actually grinning at her Daddy talking behind the camera, so sweet!

We went back to the lake for the long weekend and had a great time again! The weather was wonderful!!

1st week

Bryce had a GREAT first week at preschool. ZERO tears were shed. Seriously!!! How amazing is that!?! I think part of it is how much he has grown up in the last year and part is the great school he is going to. He just loves it and that means so much to us. I am so thankful that we switched him. He got in the car today with a bright red face (I pick him up from the playground and they had been out playing for a while) covered in sand (the one bad thing about FUMC is the sand on the playground, yuck!) and told me all about his day. It is so fun listening to him. I'll tell you what he told me today. My favorite part of today was the playground and gym time. We did the same thing in gym...dance! No ball today though. We didn't paint but we colored and we had cheezits and apples for snack. I only ate cheezits though. Anderson was the helper duck today and me and Anderson played on the playground together. When we were playing we ran away from the bad girls because they were chasing us. It was fun.

--Helper Duck= Their class is called the 'duck' class and everyday a child gets to be the helper duck. Bryce was the helper duck Wed. and said it was fun because you get to be the leader everywhere you walk.

Yesterday

Bryce thought it was so cool that CeCe could sit up and watch Wubbzy with him!
